Neverending - Book 12 - Illusion Land - Chapter 32

 




Chapt 32 - Dragon Statue: To his surprise, the ladder led him to an unexpected sight—a dragon, majestic yet confined within a magical jail. The creature regarded Jayden with intelligent eyes, and a sense of sadness lingered in its gaze.

 

The dragon spoke, its voice a rumbling echo within the cavern, ´I am Draconis, imprisoned by the threads of fate. To free me, you must weave a tale that unravels the illusions binding me.´

 

Jayden, inspired by the journey through the labyrinth, took up his magical pen once more. He began to draw a narrative that spoke of freedom, adventure, and the power of imagination. As the strokes of his pen danced on the paper, the jail around the dragon shimmered and dissipated, freeing Draconis from its illusory bonds.
